How CronoBem handles personal and health data

This page describes, in plain language, how CronoBem collects, uses, protects, shares and retains personal data and sensitive personal data, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

1. Data controller and contact

The controller of the data processed within the CronoBem app is CronoBem itself, CronoBem, a digital product for organizing health information and care routines.

Requests related to privacy, personal data, correction, deletion, or the exercise of rights under the LGPD can be sent to: privacidade.cronobem@3altech.com.br.

2. Data processed

CronoBem may process the following categories of data:

  • identification and account data, such as name, email and profile photo;
  • data of the profiles you care for, such as relationship, date of birth and health information;
  • clinical data entered by the user, such as exams, medications, allergies, conditions, measurements, vaccines, contacts and documents;
  • technical and operational data required for authentication, security, synchronization, auditing and the app's operation.

3. Purposes of processing

Data is processed to:

  • enable use of the app and management of the user's account;
  • organize health and care information on a timeline;
  • display reminders, alerts, summaries and features that support care;
  • sync data between device and server, when this feature is active;
  • enable authorized sharing, export of information and collaboration between caregivers;
  • improve stability, security, performance and user experience.

4. Sensitive data

Health information is considered sensitive personal data. This data is processed to enable CronoBem's features and results from the user's own input, review or authorization of use within the app.

CronoBem does not replace medical care, diagnosis, prescription or professional assessment. The information organized in the app is for informational, support and operational purposes.

5. Data sharing

Data is not shared with third parties, except:

  • when there is direct action and authorization from the user, such as export or sharing;
  • when necessary for the technical operation of the service, including hosting, authentication, storage, synchronization and processing by providers tied to the product's operation;
  • when required by legal or regulatory obligation, or by order of a competent authority.

6. Technology-assisted features

Some CronoBem features may use automation or artificial intelligence to organize text, summarize information or suggest entries. When this happens, the content may be processed by technical infrastructure tied to the service's operation.

These features do not replace professional analysis and must always be reviewed by the user before saving, sharing or practical use of the information.

7. Storage and security

CronoBem adopts reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, destruction or improper alteration.

No system is completely immune to risk, but the product seeks to reduce these risks through security controls, access management, continuous review and protection mechanisms compatible with the nature of the data processed.

8. Retention and deletion

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the app's operation, compliance with legal obligations, user support, security and continuity of the service.

Where applicable, the user may request deletion of data or stop using the service, subject to the legal grounds for mandatory retention, fraud prevention, security and minimal preservation of operational evidence.

9. Data subject rights

Under the LGPD, the user may request:

  • confirmation that processing exists;
  • access to the data;
  • correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • anonymization, blocking or deletion, when applicable;
  • revocation of consent, when that is the applicable legal basis;
  • information about sharing that has taken place.

10. How to exercise your rights

Requests related to privacy, personal data, data correction, deletion or use of the app must be made through the official channel: privacidade.cronobem@3altech.com.br.

CronoBem may request additional information to confirm the requester's identity before responding to requests involving personal data.

11. Updates to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect legal, regulatory, technical, operational or product changes. The current version will be published on this same page, with the update date indicated.
